Where do you go for advice or support?
When we encounter challenges, it’s completely normal to seek advice from friends, family, or coaches. They offer fresh perspectives, practical steps, or emotional support. I deeply appreciate the support of those who don’t overwhelm me with advice but instead help me reconnect with my true self.
Yet, you might recognize the feeling that this isn’t always 100% fulfilling. Or that you feel temporarily helped but eventually find yourself back where you started. It feels like something is missing.
This is where deeper guidance comes into play. Have you ever wondered if there’s a wisdom within you that goes beyond the noise of your thoughts, beyond the roles and expectations of daily life? This wisdom doesn’t belong to the version of you shaped by upbringing, society, or circumstances. It’s something much deeper—what some call the “Divine” or the “Self.”
The 'Divine'
'The Divine' might feel like a strange or abstract concept. If this term doesn’t resonate with you, you might think of it as your essence, your inner wisdom, or the source of your higher knowing.
It’s that part of you that feels timeless, connected, and peaceful. Unlike the usual patterns of thought, this guidance doesn’t arise from logic or your personality.
When we connect with this deeper part of ourselves, something extraordinary happens: we open ourselves to a new level of awareness. This expanded state of consciousness allows us to view situations from a fresh perspective, discover solutions we hadn’t seen before, and break free from old patterns. Instead of repeating the past, we begin to respond to life in new and empowering ways.
But how do we connect with this deeper wisdom?
It begins with learning how to ask.
Asking the Self isn’t about pleading for superficial desires—like winning the lottery or finding a parking spot. It’s about looking beyond immediate needs and opening yourself up to deeper guidance. This requires patience and practice, but it’s something we’re all capable of learning.
Receiving is the second step.
Often, we ask for guidance but ignore the subtle signals we receive. It’s important to remember that receiving can take many forms—and not always in the way we expect.
Guidance might come as a quiet inner certainty, a sense of peace, or even an unexpected turn of events. Sometimes, the answer isn’t about external change but rather a transformation within yourself.
In the upcoming meditation series “Asking and Receiving from Divine Self” (offered in English), the guided meditations will help you learn how to ask and receive. You’ll have the chance to work with your own challenges or situations.
So, if you’re ready to move beyond the noise of everyday life, expand your awareness, and discover what your deeper guidance has to offer, this workshop is for you. Let’s embark on this journey together and discover what awaits you.
Participation is free, but I do ask for a certain level of commitment to being present. You can find more information and sign up via the link.
